Fail In The Second Set - What Is Consider To Be My Rm?

If i nail the first set but im failing the second one
What is consider to be my RM?
The wight on the first set or the wight i managed to pull 2 sets with?
 
Your RM is a load you can lift for that many reps. 5 RM means a load you can lift for five reps straight without a break.

RMs have nothing to do with sets.
 
And for hst purpose?
I mean im not supposed to fail at all.
Should i lower the wight so i could pull 2 sets
 
Do not lower the weight, assuming you get the required reps in the first set just cluster the reps in the 2nd set to get to the desired number.
