week 7 and 8 questions

I'm coming down the home stretch for my first hst cycle ever and can't wait to post my results :)

question 1
am i supposed to do 2 sets per exercise in week 7 of my 5rm (2rm neg) and 1 set in week 8, or do i do 1 set for both weeks

question 2
can anyone explain the proper way to execute negatives, i started week 7 doing my 5rm, because I am unsure if i will be doing the negatives properly, the way i understand it is that you do the same weight as your 5rm, but only 2 times and let the weights down really slowly

also, i'm finding that i am stronger now so is it okay to keep increasing weights, i haven't hit my 5rm on all my exercises yet
 
for a neg you should probably use your 2rep max..
a neg is lets say your doing lat pulldowns your partner helps you pull the bar down to your chest then you control it back up on your own.. :D

so far i did
2x15, 1x15, 2x10, 1x10, 2x5, 1x5, 2 or 1x 2rm, 1x2rm
