I had a family emergency ...

Had to go out of town, still away, and haven't been able to work out.

I had just completed my 10s and was starting the 5s next workout.

I'm still away, so I'm thinking looking at this as an SD. I'd appreciate some suggestions... just wondering if I should start back just like I would if I'd completed a normal SD after completing 4 cycles of 5s.

I'm just sick about missing the 5s they've been my best gainer cycle on the HST.

Consider the last 9 days as your SD.

I'd just start a new cycle with the 10s. No need for the 15s again at this point since you didn't really get to over stress your muscles and joints during the last cycle. Just MHO.
 
I'll second that as long as your joints and/connective tissues are not sore.
