Hi, I've been researching the HST principle for a few weeks and i've created a workout plan. I'm ready to begin calculating my RM's but i'm having trouble on finding out what my 15s, 10s, and 5s would be for crunches, dips, any workout that wouldn't include weights. This may sound dumb but please bare with me

Just do as many as you can if you're not able to load at all (as your max), and build up to this number. Don't your gym have a chin/pullup with a loaded plate (actually works the oposite as loading your body, by increasing the counter weight), a runch machine etc ?

ah nevermind..sry to waste ur time

I just realized I can use rope crunches as a alternative since it does involve weights and I can calculate my RMs easier. Thanks for your help anyway!
