Calculating ure Daily Calorie Needs

Hi,
if i use this BMR calculator : http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/
My BMR is 1800 cals.

I am 5ft 10 , 162lbs, 24y old male

But then i need to multiply that by the appropriate activity factor

1. If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
2. If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
3. If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
4. If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
5. If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

the problem is that how do i know exactly what my activity factor is ? i go to the gym 3 times a week and i dont do any cardio, aside from that i do a bit of walking every day ( minimum about 20 min ) to get to my work and back home, i am a graphic designer i work all day on my computer , thats about it, usualy no sports after work.

How should i calculate my daily caloric needs ...

you dont know your activity factor, its all a great big guess either way.

Get a figure, try it and see what changes in bodyweight you have.

Adjust from there.
