    well just joined a gym and have started hst for the first time... i'm using the pulldown maching for triceps what is the best "handle attachment" or grip to use to isolate the tris? there are several there and i'm not sure...there's a thick double rope with rubber balls at the ends...

    ok let me tell you my goals: 1) to lose about 20 lbs of FAT (most if not all on my waistline) 2) get cut/lean, with defined musculature BUT NOT bulky. i am 5'7" and currently weigh 160. what do you suggest in terms of nutrition in order for me to meet my goals? i will be doing HST training...

    protein powders give me nausea!

    well, i've now tried 3 different kinds of protein powder supplements: GNC, Designer, and EvoPro. all 3 make me nauseated...its not the immediate taste, but like an after-taste or even after smell, not sure but it makes me wanna blow chunks. am i just out of luck or is there any alternative...
