About the rep maxes

I'm just wondering if HSN training would still work as it is designed if the rep maxes of 15's, 10's, and 5's are only 5 pounds apart. for example: rep max for 15's is 100, for 10's its 105 and for 5's is 110. i have some exercises like so. following these rep maxes.. when i'm in the 10's already, i would still be doing 100 lbs (but now 10 reps) which i already done in 15 reps. wouldn't my muscle get used to that 100 lbs already and won't stimulate anymore? HELP!

Hi francisi and welcome,

Wow those are close RM's ... try the following for the rest of your cycle:

|----------10's---------|------------5's------------|
|85,85,95,95,105,105|90,90,100,100,110,110-|

IF you can lift 110 (without going to failure) then try 115 or 120 your last night
