I love that the opener is a guy doing dips. I will be that there soon(ish). Only 20kgs to go to match that guy for 5 reps. Pretty much forget the rest though!
Also, gotta love the lifter throwing 550 over his head after a couple of quick squats!
Pity there were no clips of guys closing Captains of Crush #4 grippers (I think there are only a very few guys who have closed the #4). C'mon Steve. You have it in your sights.
