Best diet approach for Leptin?

Par Deus mentioned on the Avant forums that a iso-caloric TKD is probably the best approach dor dieting WRT leptin research.

I 'read' this to mean that having the bulk of carbs in one/two meals and around workouts better than spacing them evenly thru the day. Lyle and Blade have mentioned similar approaches such that although calories are equal (say comparing a Zone with TKD) that long term fat loss will be better because of happier leptin levels. Is this due to the heavier dose of carbs at once?

Am I on the right track? I have not read much on leptin.
Where can I find Par's articles?

Thanks

In another post, someone mentioned doing refeeds on weekends (eating about +500 over maintenance), but eating around maintenance during the rest of the week. I believe the goal here was to reduce fat while preserve (or gain) LBM.

Can someone elaborate a little on the refeed concept? What does it do (raise leptin levels?), how do you go about it (food combinations), etc.? Is this the approach to take if your goal is as stated above, or is this something to do when strictly bulking or cutting?

Thanks in advance for any enlightenment!
