Bryany's Idea About Leptin, Exercise, and CHO Drin

Hi,

I read that Bryan once reccommended to people whose weight loss had stalled to sip on a carb drink while doing aerobics to attenuate the drop in Leptin.

I have a couple questions about this:

1) How did it work?

2) How much carb grams are we talking about per 30 minutes of cardio?

3) Does this only work with slow and long cardio or would it also work with weight lifting in the heavier weight / lower rep setting?
