Bulking and Cutting in a cantine!

Hi I eat three times a day in a cantine (24-7!). I do Hst 3 times a week (imidiatly after breakfast). Once a week waterpolo, 2 times a week some basketball and some times I run some kilometers.....
In one sentence : I do a lot of sport!

Now my question how can I achive maximum weight gain with minimum Fat gain in a place where I just can not decide what I get?

And how can I loose fat without loosing muscel in a cantine?

Ps: I only train my upper body Hst , Legs , abs and forarms are worked by WSB/ sowjet training!

Yes you can, if the quality of the food you get is good enough!
