cardio and muscle loss

hi all

i am currently finishing up my first cycle of hst and so far i am pleased with the results. but soon i am going to be resuming my triathlon training. with goals of improving my times for races i did last year as well as competing in a half iron.
if i continue with hst cycles and my endurance training is it possible to still build muscle assuming i consume enough calories.?

i am glad to hear that i can still do both. though i cant image how i will get all those cals in.
im in the post 5's right now and the heavy lifting is taking its tole. i am thinking i will need to stop after the 5's to avoid getting burned out with the endurance training.
