Creatine & immobilisation study

Well, found it at last. Heres a link to a T-mag article which cites an abstract concluding that creatine supplementation during periods in which muscles are immobilised (in this case, by putting them in a plaster cast) preserved muscle mass and strength significantly compared to a placebo.
If its correct, then it would clearly support continued creatine supplementation during SD (or possibly even facilitate longer periods of SD (with the consequent advantages of doing so) without significant size loss.
Anyone out there able to comment on the legitimacy of the study?
