I've used Runnersworld.com in the past, but it is so basic and kind of feels out of date. Does anyone have any suggestions of a good online training log that is easy to use and has some nice features?
Depends exactly what you are after. There are some fairly useful iPhone/Android apps around now. None of them really suit me although I have used one called Gym Buddy. It was ok. If you want an online log, www.reactivetrainingsystems.com have a pretty good set-up for keeping track of your workouts. It's not fancy schmancy though but it does work out things like tonnage lifted each session. Handy for some. I like it.
