Estending the 5's

Hi!!
I am in my second week of 10's now, but I now are thinking about the pos 5's.I have come to 4 opitions:

1.Use the same 5 rm and do more 2 weeks whit this

2.More 2 weeks but using little plates and increase the weigth(1/2 to isolations and 1-2 lbs for the compounds per week

3.ad 2.5% per week

4.ad 5% per week

I think that the most potential for grow comes for the 5 % increase.Also, if I do less then 5 rps, I just use rest-pause to keep the TUT.
Man, if this works, I will gain a 10 % strength in one cycle, whit correlats to more tension=more grow??
I will try it,but I am curious if someone here have already done it.
I have gained 2.5 kg on my 15's, but all on my waist.I am eating a lot, and in my case, the 15's is not for grow, so the extra calories was on fat,in the 10's and 5's, whit is more grow potential, this calories will translate in more muscle(I hope

That's alot like what I did instead of negs my 1st cycle. I had good results with it. I'm doing negatives this time for sure, though.

If you can use the last option and increase the 5%, then you will benefit.

But even if you don't you could still gain.
