I have been working out for about 8 months now and I'm still pretty small, was 155lbs, now 170 with 6-8% bodyfat(thanks to HST). squat: 200 (not actual 5RM, new to squats, going light) chinups: 30 cable rows: 160 dumbell flatbench: 150 Arnie press: 120 lat lifts: 40 preacher curl: 75 triceps extension: 150 tandem cable back lifts: 70 shrugs : 200
