I wanted to see what others are lifting in the compound movements for 5rm.

Squat 465
deadlift 365
dip 90 (body weight 202)
chin 55
bench 240
bent row 240
military press 135
 
Squat 275 (knee problems make this slow going)
Calf Raise 265
Straight Leg Deadlift 245
Bench Press 235
Bent Over Row 245
Military Press 135
EZ Barl Curl 125
Triceps Extension 135
 
ok, some of these are really low but I have excuses!

I have been working out for about 8 months now and I'm still pretty small, was 155lbs, now 170 with 6-8% bodyfat(thanks to HST).

squat: 200 (not actual 5RM, new to squats, going light)
chinups: 30
cable rows: 160
dumbell flatbench: 150
Arnie press: 120
lat lifts: 40
preacher curl: 75
triceps extension: 150
tandem cable back lifts: 70
shrugs : 200
