Kind of an extension of the Micky D diet revisted thread

I could only do 10, so if there are more regional or national chains that I didn't list make em known.
 
Not exactly junk on the fastfare menu, but Wendy's Mandarin salad - You all MUST try this one! I have one a week at least.
 
subway...veggies make me feel like it's healthy, and double chicken gets me some protein. honestly, the last time I have McD's (after a 2 year break), it went through me like lightening, which was no fun at all.
 
Hardees. Because when I cut, it's all red meat and green veggies. The Low Carb Burger fits my cutting plans perfectly. Not much fast food in my future because I'm bulking and choosing lots of clean, highly nutritious calories until spring.
 
I like Arby's except for the price. It's almost $20 just to feed myself, not to when I have the wife and kids with me. May as well go eat at some fancy restaurant.
 
I've never seen most of the places listed. We lead very sheltered lives over here in the UK. Fish and chips are very popular over here though. If it's good it's really good but if it's bad it's horrid.

I like Kentucky Fried Chicken. They do great fillet burgers but I hardly ever get one. I'd rather buy a ready roasted chicken from the local supermarket and scoff that. More protein per buck.

Subway's are good too.
 
I like wendys because I can get a chicken grill burger, chile, and an ice tea for a fair price.

The meat in the chile is old left over hamburgers patties though.

It seems like every time I go to Wendy's, the burgers are slightly pink in the middle still. I've never gotten sick from it, but after hearing about Jack in the Box a long time ago, it does discourage me from eating their burgers.
Chili... Burger King has the best chili of the big fast food places. Wendy's cheap chicken sandwiches are pretty good though.

I agree. And the chili...that's what hot sauce is for!

We went to the races one night, and tailgating with a box full of hot sauces from all the FF places, we tried them all on some taquitos we bought and heated in tinfoil on the motor. The one that stood out was Wendy's for flavor. The runner up was the picante sauce from McDonald's.

Redneck express cuisine exraordinaire.
 
Mostly a lurker here (and learning a heck of a lot from you guys), but I can't resist this one.  I am a vegetarian and gravitate to the Mexican places, but they work for carnivores, too.  Qdoba is fantastic, but Taco Bell works in a pinch.  Great thing about both is that they have web sites that allow you to customize your order and calc the nutritionals for you.
 
If we're just talking about taste, then BK has the greatest burgers ever. I also love Dairy Queen's shakes. I usually end up eating Subway though just because it's healthier.
 
Wendy's would be my choice. I prefer a baked potato to fries.
But usualy I end up at Subway, for obvious reasons.
Tho last time i went to Subway I was a bit too drunk.. so I ordered a sub with 20 slices of meat. apparently that sh*t is expensive.

Taco Bell is great for bulking.

KFC …. No !
Arby's …Yes ! I like the horseradish sauce.
Wendy's… Yes ! Only the nice big thick bacon cheese burger.
Whataburger… That’s what I’m trying to figure out !
Hardee's…. Ahh OK  at times!
Micky D…. Never !
White Castle… We don’t have them.
Dairy Queen….I love those cookies and cream shakes.
A&amp;W… You can’t beat the root beer.
Jack in the Box… Hummm ! If it was a Jill in the box I may eat her ..I mean there.
I do a lot of traveling across the US and If I see a Bob Evans .. I stop.
They have this Tuscany chicken salad that is the best .
Also Boston Market! The roast beef  with veggie’s are good .


Vegetarian ! Nope ! not for me ! Give me a thick porter house with a baked potato with all the toppings with a Caesar salad on the side .
