How does this look guys. I am going to SD for about 5 days...and then I am going to use this routine to cut up and sculpt. I know it is not standard HST...and I usually follow standard HST...so I know the principal work dang well....I love them. But I am going to the beach in about 1 month and I know packing on size in one month is not going to happen so I figured I would just sculpt and cut what I have gained this year. How does this look for a 3 week fix :)

10 degree incline 3 sets of 12
lat pull 3 sets of 12
shoulder press 3 sets of 12
squats 3 sets of 12
biceps curls 2 sets of 12
pressdowns 2 sets of 12
abs 3 sets of 20
rest between sets are 30 seconds

and then 15 minutes of HITT every day!

What do you guys think. I am at about 11 % bF now.

Makes sense to me, the higher contractile work will definatley require more energy, since I am asusming you are going to stay at your maintnance or below, you should create a energy deficit. I think the HIIT will have more of an impact than the weight training on your adipose tissue, so if you start feeling weak, drop your sets but keep the HIIT. At 11% it will still take some work since you aren't all that fat.

This is assuming your diet is geared for fat loss.
