Forbins routine

I'm back to working out after about 3 years off. I have previously ran 2 cycles of HST with very good results, so i'm excited about coming back to this again. I had a baby 3 years ago and then life got really complicated and I guess that's one of the reasons I stopped working out. A year later she was diagnosed with Autism and life got even more complicated.

So I have set up a simple routine to do. I will basically do 1or 2 sets x 15 reps on Mondays,2x 10 on Wednesday, and 3x5 on Friday in a linear progression. When i can no longer add weight to the bar, I'll SD and then start the same routine in a typical HST fashion.

I'll be alternating these two routines:

Routine A:

Squats
Bench Press
Pulldowns, front close grip
Barbell curl
Machine calf raise

Routine B:

Deadlifts
Press
Bent over Row
Lying Tricep Extension
Machine calf raise

95/2x15

Bench Press
75/2x15

Pulldowns
40x15
50x15

BB curls
25x15

Calves
130/2x15

Notes: nothing much to say except I lost a ton of strength not surprisingly. I used to squat more than twice as much, but it's all good.
