I must say the appeal of HIIT is high, at least for me. Spending less time on the treadmill/bike/stairmaster/etc. is certainly appealing. However, does it really work?

Have you had success using HIIT? What other types of cardio programs are there? Is the claim that you burn more calories after your workout with HIIT than with a low-intensity program valid? Any thoughts are appreciated.
