well i have problems - pain in shoulder and lower back (lower back just when squatting)

i just took a 3 week break...

didnt help, just started training again today - i dont feel the pain in the lower back while squatting - but before and after...i guess it comes from overtraining the lowerback but dont have the problem with other parts of my body...nor has it become better after the break

the shoulder hurts during workout - this is really annoying because the pain becomes worse the more i train...and it wont heal...

any ideas?

i could take a 2 month break but such a long time without working out would kill me

Depends on your routine, can we have a look at that???

Flat bench, certain shoulder presses (eg behind the neck), upright rows for example can all have an effect on the shoulders. Its a coomon place to get injuries cause theres so much going on there.

And dont wana state the obvious, but i always do light side and front raises and Arnolds before i start shoulders (as a good warmup).
