rehabilitation and HST

Hi there, In the last two HSTs I've had problem with the bicep curl because of my right arm.. seems the front arm always aches when I twist the arm into the bicep-curl motion. also when I twist the front arm to the sides, it aches a bit at the extremes which it doesn't with my left arm.

Also extending the arm completely results in a bit of a pain.

What's the best way to rehabilitate the arm?

I think it started when I was doing slow extensions with 20kg dumbbell in my negatives.

I like my biceps, so i'd like to continue working them without problems.

A friend of mine went to a physicist which recommended very light weights, and doing 30-40 reps, isn't it basically the same idea as the 15s just start with lower weights to get the muscle first to respond slowly and heal before you start to break it down?

Any replies appreciated.

Yup. Bryan actually recommends something similar if you're trying to rehab a bodypart (something like 20 reps or so) as well. I'd follow what your doctor says and renege on all pulling/rowing and deadlift movements until your joints are okay.

cheers,
Jules
