Starting HST training 1st time/newbie

Hello guys this is my first post and im very glad of all i´ve read about this training and method. I started today in the morning and now im gonna post my workout/routine and weights so if you want to recommend me to change or improve my style i will apreciate it.
First of all i´m gonna say that i was training last year for about 8 months and i experience with all the routines to improve my muscle mass and lose bodyfat. Well my weight was 69Kg then i went to 80Kg and now im 76Kg but until now i can´t see my abs (well just a little).
I had that skinny-fat syndrome (thin arms and legs,huge belly fat about 26%fat xD) but i see that when im building muscle my arms and legs grow and my belly fat reduces a little, but when im cutting i begin to get the shape i was when i was not training.
So thats why i think that i will make this routine to get lean muscle mass and reduce my fat percentage. Solution=clean diet and just a little less carbs everyday.

Now my workout today

Routine A

-Leg extension
-Leg curl
-Bench press
-Frontal bar raises (shoulders)
-Semiprono curl (biceps)
-Close grip pushdowns
-Shrugs
-T-Rows
-Calves rise sitted
-Forearm db prono
-Abs
