strech at end of 5 rep

i am using my max weights for 5 reps and i think about holding the stretch for 20 s at the end of the 5 reps set on stretch exercise like calf raise.example after the 5 reps i hold the weight in the stretched position for 20 s and i applied that on preacher incline db press etc

will this induce more microtrauma and hypertrophy

Short answer: yes/maybe.
