study about creatine loading

The ghost dog column in t-mag issue 267 mentioned a study which said that when taking creatine, a two-day loading phase was sufficient. After loading, creatine should be taken only 3-4 times per week, preferably on training days. No specific dosages were given.

Can this be correct? If it was, we could save some money! Can anybody help with more specific information?
 
Dear Flow,

Even a 2-day loading phase is unnecessary. Just take a flat teaspoon once a day and eventually, your creatine stores would be full.

On workout days, take the teaspoon with your protein shake prior to working out. On non-workout days, take it with any meal.
