Ultimate Diet 2.0

What do you guys think about this diet? I've read the reviews, and it looks good, and I wanted to see if I could get some feedback from anyone here.

Did anyone follow the workout plan listed in the book?

I tried it and hated it. It was way too complicated to keep track of everything. I really hated the carb depletion workouts and I felt and looked like crap when I was carb depleted. It seemed to work but I actually did better just using a protein sparing modified fast. For long term I would just do a slow cut.
