How best do you restart HST after interrupting a cycle?

I'll be away for a couple of weeks between my 10s and 5s. Should I pick up where I left off or start back at the 15s?

Yeah you should just restart. If you have some time yet, maybe you could increase the increment for 10s and 5s to make the one week apiece instead of 2, effectively shortening the length of the cycle.


After last cycle, I went into the gym two days to set up my 15 and 10 RMs, then I went home for 3 weeks, and did 2 weeks of lifitng with my home setup, no leg work. When I came back, I tried to go for my 5RM on the squats and went down on the first rep

That was pretty embarassing, to say the least. It was because my legs were deconditioned, and I didn't really think about it. Now I feel great and I'm guessing when I do do my 5 RM, it will be know problem.
