I was to a nutritionist and she told me for my blood type that whey protien isn't nearly effective as soy. Now she based her info entirely on my blood type. Have you or anyone heard of this. I have used whey for some time in the past and I felt is was working.
 
should now be your EX nutritionist. When i first read about this, i forget the doctors web site it sort of made sense but nothing was ever backed up by studies, real scientific studies.
 
I'm aware of some people who claim success using blood type diets, but like was said there's no studies to back it up at all. Likely they had the same success anyone would have moving from a bad diet to a relatively decent one.
 
Isn't this an instant replay of a thread a week or two ago? Some guy also asked about the same thing... blood type dieting. And same circumstances... a female nutritionist... said whey was not good with his a+ blood type (the only thing not mentioned here), and should just use soy.
