I do squats, but sometimes have hemroid problems. When I do, I do lunges holding 70lb dumbellsx10 supperseted with legcurls. My method for doing lunges is I putting 1 leg out n hold till I do 10 reps then the other leg. Has anyone done this and if so what are your rersults? I personally love it.
 
I think that's great...better than a pain in the @$$ any day.

Oh! lunges are great exercises too.
