Right then, i've got 1 more trip to the gym before i've completed the 10 rep block. Then my understanding is that i've got 4 weeks of 5 reps coming up. Would I be better off doing 2 weeks of 8's followed by 2 weeks of 5's?? I thought hypertrophy worked better at 8 reps and 5 was more strength...
