    how big is everyone?

    Currently: 6'2" 260-265lbs.(depends on time of day) BF% roughly 15% Last measured arms at 18" (going for 20 baby) On third HST cycle as we "speak".

    HSN considers making prohormone

    I have used Patrick's 1-AD as well, had good success with it on a crappy diet.....have not tried any others.
