    I never memorize WHERE I read something, only WHAT it says. And you're missing the point. The point is that everyone is different, and thus YOU have to try a training program to know if it works for YOU.

    It was a small variation/alteration, almost the same as HST, just a different rep range. Kind of a "Hard working man's effort to get results". Now let's not waste time discussing this anymore since no one here seems to be able to think outside the box/understanding alterations/variations.

    Well, now we'll never know since I didn't finish my evaluation, ha ha. But it was a very small alteration, so there was no reason for it not to work.
