So this is my routine, and i might come back and log my progress each week or two. Any comments/tips would be appreciated too...or, you can just watch my progress.
1. Workout Frequency/Schedule:
I do two workouts, A and B. So, it looks like:
Sunday: A
Monday: B
Tuesday: A
Wednesday: A...
The first time i found out about and did an HST cycle was 2004, so i've known about this for a while. It was great to finally hear this man speak. He is also very articulate. He should do this more (or maybe he has? if so, please drop the links).
