    The diet is very complex and you have to follow the workout exactly as it is for it to be effective.

    I really love this program but im about to start ultimate diet 2 and you have to do 12-15reps on days 1+2, 6-8reps on day 4, and 3-5 on day 6. How Can i incorporate my hst plan into this?:confused:?:confused:

    can i do this

    I have been doing the standard 6 workouts every 2 weeks and have gotten great results. What would happen if instead of doing 2 sets per bodypart every t-th-sat, i moved to 3 sets upper m+th and 3 sets lower per bodypart t+sun. I still would be doing the 6 sets per excercise. Any thoughts?

    hst has jacked my appetite, is this normal

    Yes i am trying to add weight, hopefully in the form of muscle. Too get 4000 calories i would have to eat every 2 hours instead of the 3 i had been used to.

    I started this program about 5 weeks ago. My top lift for flat dumbells was 80 for 3 then. Wed i did 80 for 8. I love this type of training. Anyhow i was eating around 2700 cals a day, i'm 6'4 212 with 13%bf. I have been starving since i started this, so ive upped my cals to like 3500. Is this...

    switch exercise

    I have been having alot of success with this workout, but should i be switching in different exercises at all? Inc bench 2 sets Flat dumb 2 sets Lat pdown 2 sets tri push 2 sets Stand curl 2 sets Shrugs 2 sets Sh. press 2 sets Leg press 2 sets Leg ext 2 sets Leg curl 2 sets Calfs 4 sets

    Do i keep doing 8's

    First off i love HST. I just finished workout number six with 8's and i feel i could add another 5 pounds ion everything if i did #7. Can i do this or am i supposed to start the 5's now. Fyi i did 12's. 8's and 5's for my cycle
