Hello guys, i am towards the end of the 1st cycle, only 3 workouts left for completing the cycle.
do i need to test my rep max again or i directly do sd??
coz then if i sd after completin the cycle it will work this way
sd- testing rep max - sd - n then the start of new cycle.

Hi guys, i will be starting my first week of negatives .
i am not too familiar with negatives so, like all other workouts do i increase the weight every workout with the negatives??
i directly start with the negatives with a workout or do 1 -2 concentrics ??
can any1 pls explain in brief ??

hi, i did go thru the SST in the faq e book but it is not user friendly nor there is workout sample designed for SST.
not mentioned how many reps & sets.
any knowledable person in SST is kindly requested to provide a sample workout for SST.

hi guys, first of all what i understand of zigzagging is reapating the same weight of old microcycle to same weight in new microcycle . am i correct???
if yes then why is it considered bad??

i am planning to go for the negatives, but as with all other workouts do i increase weight even for the negatives for 6 workouts???

so when that happens does it mean we stop growing?? fine sd is there but what about the ultimate weight??
