Time off question

I just completed my 15s and I did one day of the 10s, which was monday. My question is, I haven't lifted since then due to a schedule issue ,

 what will I have to do monday when I'm able to continue again? Do I start over with the 10s or do another week of the 15s, to recondition my muscles or what. would that week off screw with the HST program?   Thanks in advance

see if you can continue on...if its too difficult, you might want to repeat a couple previous workouts to regain your strength. having said that, i dont think you'll notice much strength loss, so you should just continue.

I'd say delichani is right, don't worry and start the 10's over, you should not have lost much.
