Is 'Liver Guard' suitable for protecting against

I found a supplement called 'Liver Guard' with several herbs that protect against liver damage. Although I don't drink alcohol or take steriods, I am wondering whether it would benefit steriod users as steriods can tax the liver quite heavily. Comments?
 
I'm not sure what's in "Liver Guard" but Milk Thistle is definitely something to consider
 
I found a couple of products called Liver Guard on the web. Ingredients weren't available for some, the others were everything and the kitchen sink supplements. A good antioxidant at a good dose is what's needed basically, which is cheapest and best gotten in bulk form I feel, though caps or tabs help with dosing if you want to be as accurate as possible. Bulk milk thistle is a good choice. K-R-ALA isn't too hard to find either.
