    First session of 10s in the book. Naturally due to zig zag of weights it felt pretty light and definitely easier than my last session of 15s. I know that’ll already change come the end of the week so learning to enjoy the “easier” sessions! I have noticed arms and shoulders seem to be filling...

    Haha nothing wrong with that! For me switching to HST is minimalist compared to what I was doing before! 6 x a week upper/lower split! Saw very little size and strength gains
