    What's weird is that ilfacell and I (well, almost entirely him) came up with an idea like 912 almost 2 years ago (literally two weeks on, 7-9 day SD). For the record, it actually works pretty well, from what we can tell.

    To be honest, I got bigger powerlifting than I ever did bodybuilding. Arms grew over half an inch a piece within months of switching. I still employ HST logic to cut for summer, but I'm pretty much sold on powerlifting at this point in my life. It's just way too much fun. And you get to eat better!
