After AAS, when should you SD?

To get back to your original question, you should check the FAQ. There's a post on steroids and pro-hormones. If I remember well, it is recommended to take as long after your cycle as the length of the cycle before deconditionning.

After AAS, when should you SD?

lol.. it's not so much of an issue because AAS are so powerful! It's not the microtrauma that make you grow it's the very high level of hormones in your body.

After AAS, when should you SD?

How long is your cycle going to be? How are you going to keep increasing the loads if your cycle lasts 3-4 months? Apart from that, DC was just a suggestion. The idea is to use a system that does not have you decondition. You could use another one if you prefer..

After AAS, when should you SD?

First of all I don't take steroids. I'm just trying to raise some points that you might want to condider, basing myself on my comprehension of HST and steroids. How can you not be above your genetic potential if you take steroids? It seems to me that after your first cycle you should already...

Well you can do leg extensions, leg curl, seated calf raises and calf extension on the leg machine.. those don't need the upper body.

    Cell regeneration

I heard that cells in the body are regenerated every 4 months. Does this apply to muscle cells? How does it worked? Is is possible that an hypertrophied cell be replaced by a non hypertrophied new cell?
