    Thanks..... I remeber there was another one. ex. 100% =1 94% = 2 reps 88% = 3 repes.. ect it looked something like that. He had it up a long time ago. If anyone has a link to that it would b appreciated but thank you anyway....also I dont have high pulley....should I stick with lat puldowns?
