I was looking to keep the sets prett simple:
15s - 1 set = 15
10 - 2 set = 20
5 - 3 set = 15 (don't think 4 sets is acheivable with the added weight)
Is this about right?
How do Abs work. Is it as and when you like or should they follow the same...
