    So how much weight do you guys reduce on each succeeding set? For instance if you're squatting 200..wait I'm on HST, say 300 pounds on your first 5 rep set, how much will you do on your 2nd and third sets?

    What does SD stand for?

    I see it everywhere around here but have no idea what it means. Does it stand for settle down or something?

    barbell or dumbbell?

    Uh..usually it's the other way around. Just about everyone I've ever met has been able to bench more total weight using a barbell than they are able to with dumbbells.
