I started a HST cycle previously, did the first two weeks of 15's, then went overseas for two months where I didn't do any weights. I'm going to start again now, should I start with 15's again or go straight into 10's?

I haven't done any weights in about 10 months, about to get back into it, and my first HST cycle. I was thinking of keeping it really simple for my first cycle, and then adding in more exercises in subsequent cycles. I was thinking of doing (in order):
dumbbell bench
cable row
squats
lat...
I am a moderately experienced weightlifter but have been on hiatus for about 8 months. Is there any reason why I shouldn't start straight with HST, or would i tbe better to do 4-6 weeks just to get back into it?
