15 for injuries

can anyone direct me to where bryan got the idea that 15's help with injuries?

i am going to try it to help with a shoulder injury that wont go away.

but was wondering where he got the idea, i take it there is a study or 2 that shows this? i couldn't find them here though. and a quick google search didn't help either.

It's about the lactic acid buildup that helps the joints - HST healed a lot of my problems, except for the rotator problem that started up, but TBH, I've been on strength and maintenance training for a while and the 15's still may help when I get back to HST.
