15 reps 1st cycle, 10 2nd cycle, 5 last 2 cycles??

sorry about the ghetto language in the topic description couldn't fit it in if I spelt things right. Anyways, what about when you finish the cycle for the first time?? Do you go back to 15 reps or do you do two cycles at 10 reps and two cycles 5 reps and then SD?? Or is it beneficial to do the 15 reps again??
 
When you say cycles.. you mean rep phases aka mesocycles?

I always do the 15's if that is what you are asking.
 
I personally enjoy the 15s - but then I'm an old bloke!

If you have any joint pains left over from the 5s and negs after SD then the 15s are really beneficial. They've cleared up a niggling shoulder pain for me.

Most of the experienced folks here recommend at least a couple of "vanilla" cycles before customising HST. Bryan's FAQs has some good recommendations for those who are more experienced with HST, so do check 'em out.
