1st Cycle Status Report

Just wanted to give a report of my HST experience so far. I just finished my last workout of the 15's, I'm trying my best not to be too excited about my results, but things are looking good.

The heaviest I have ever been was over winter during a bulk, I got to 175lbs and my face and body showed alot of chubbyness (for me anyway). Then I cut to get rid of the fat. Before I started HST my weight was fluctuating between 166-171. Now, after 2 weeks of the 15's, I weight 176lbs and I am nowehere near the bodyfat I was in winter when I was 175. My weight is actually staying pretty constant throughout the day, and what I see in the mirror is a huge motivation.

Hopefully progress wil continue, now if you'll excuse me...I must go eat...again.

Keep going, 15's do not really produce much growth but some people have reported similar side effects!
