2nd cycle advice

I started HST, did the 15s, 10s then 2 weeks of 5s but then due to xmas, etc missed 2 and a bit weeks.

Rather than now carrying on the 5s it seems to make more sense to start again (maybe skipping the 15s). However, when trying to work out my 1RM, this is hard as I take it you tend to break your existing 1RM in the last couple of weeks. When I've put the figures in from my 2nd week of 5s, they worked at the same as I was doing last time around!

Should I just increase them all by say 10% or is there a better way of working things out?

I would just add 10% and start from there. If that proves to be too heavy when you reach your 15 or 10RM whichever you start with then you could dial it back a little bit for the next 2 week micro-cycle.
