2nd cycle question 2

When planning the 2nd cycle how much should I increase the rep maxes by or at what should the starting weights be? Maybe workout 1 would have been workout 2 in the 1st cycle. Confusing question I'm sure but I hope you all get it!

This is a tough question to give a definitive answer for.

I based my 2nd cycle off of the progress I made during the 1st.

After I finished the 15s, I already felt stronger during the 10s. I pushed for new RMs by the last workout of the 10s. I did the same with the 5s and on.

As I set up my new cycle, I added 5 - 10 lbs to my previous RMs for the 15s, but I expected similar strength gains during the cycle (as before) and went up a little higher than 5 or 10 lbs for the subsequent rep phases.

This was good in terms of giving me some goals to reach. But it made the cycle harder than the last one. I'm spending more time pushing my strength up and it has been tough. If I make it to the end and reach all my goals, I'll be very happy - so far so good. But if I were to do it all again, I might not be as ambitious.

I think adding 5 - 10 lbs for each exercise for the new cycle is a safe bet.
