when you get to the week for 5 rep sets, do you perform 2 sets of of 5 reps, or a higher volume 4 sets of 5 reps, hence equalling 20 reps total (as similar to 10 RM week with 20 reps total from 2 sets of 10), 5 rep x 2 sets seems a bit on the light side in terms of volume
