5RM sets: 2 or 4 sets

when you get to the week for 5 rep sets, do you perform 2 sets of of 5 reps, or a higher volume 4 sets of 5 reps, hence equalling 20 reps total (as similar to 10 RM week with 20 reps total from 2 sets of 10), 5 rep x 2 sets seems a bit on the light side in terms of volume
 
I just depends on what your body can handle. I try to keep the reps around 20 but when it gets really heavy I sometimes drop to 15 or even 10 at the very end. Best bet IMO is to let your body tell you what it can accomplish and still recover from for the next workout.
